Our excellent large slate hedging stone is suitable for building traditional hedges and dry stone walls.
This is our lower grade of slate hedging material. For a premium dry stone wall (in a domestic garden setting, for example), we recommend our medium walling stone.

Details
The large slate hedging stone will cover approximately 1.5 to 2m2 per tonne. The material is sold by the tonne. It is selected to be suitable as an agricultural grade hedging stone and most stones have a building face. The size of these Cornish stones with some bed depth approx. 600mm. Please be aware the price listed above is excluding VAT.
